Lead Scheduler and Customer Operations Coordinator Location - West Lothian Full-Time PermanentSalary - £33,000 - £37,000 per annumReed Recruitment are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Lead Scheduler and Customer Operations Coordinator.Our client, a growing and ambitious business in the renewable energy sector, is seeking the right candidate to become the operational hub of their customer journey.You''ll be the person making sure the right engineer is in the right place at the right time, customers are always kept in the loop, and jobs move seamlessly from survey to installation and beyond.The RoleThe successful candidate will take ownership of engineer and subcontractor scheduling across surveys, installations, servicing and reactive call-outs, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.Key responsibilities include:Managing and optimising engineer and subcontractor diaries.Coordinating appointments and maintaining excellent communication with customers.Monitoring live jobs and responding quickly when schedules need to change.Ensuring surveys, installations and servicing visits are fully prepared with the necessary information and documentation.Maintaining accurate CRM and job management records.Working closely with operational, technical and commercial teams to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.Supporting reporting, performance monitoring and continuous process improvement.About YouThe ideal candidate will have:Experience ..... full job details .....
