Do you have experience within a Planning and/or Logistics environment? Do you consider yourself to be highly IT literate with strong attention to detail? Are you based in or around Shotton? If you thrive in a fast paced environment, pride yourself on being able to change tasks quickly and can be reactive to emergency schedules (as well as proactive to upcoming schedules) this role is for you. Shotton works are seeking a team player who can hit the ground running supporting their planning team. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and scheduling orders to the highest standard. Only applicants with full Right to work in the UK can be considered. Role: Scheduler Location: Tata Steel, Shotton Works, Deeside Industrial Estate, Shotton, CH5 2NH 100% office based for 3 months with the view to implement X2 days home working thereafter Rate: 28,548 per annum. Hourly this is 15.04ph Contract length: 6 months initially with the view to extend or offer a permanent position Shift Patterns: Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:00 with a 30 minute, unpaid break (36.5 hours per week) The role requires weekend working, 2 weeks out of 5. This is X4 hours on Sat and X4 hours on Sun. This incurs a 6% shift allowance and a weekday off.
