You will be responsible for coordinating engineers, scheduling reactive and planned maintenance works, and ensuring customers receive a high level of service. Key Responsibilities Schedule engineers for reactive, PPM and installation works. Manage engineer diaries and workloads. Liaise with customers to arrange appointments and provide updates. Prioritise emergency and reactive call-outs. Monitor jobs against SLAs and KPIs. Coordinate follow-on and remedial works. Keep job records and systems up to date. Work closely with engineers, customers and Service Managers. Deal with scheduling issues and changes throughout the day. Personal Requirements Previous experience in scheduling, planning or service coordination . Experience coordinating field-based engineers preferred. Strong organisational and communication skills. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling/CRM systems. Fire & Security, Engineering or FM experience would be advantageous. ...
