About the Role: As a Scheduler, you''ll be at the heart of our operations, managing the end-to-end work order process and coordinating both planned and reactive services. You''ll work closely with our engineering teams and supply chain partners to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end work order management and coordinate all planned and reactive services. Accurately record and classify service requests, incidents, and complaints to enable trend analysis. Monitor, action, and escalate work orders to achieve agreed service levels while keeping customers informed. Procure services from external partners, including purchase order creation and service delivery management. Develop expertise in Maximo application, mobile and scheduling systems. Handle and resolve customer issues according to established processes. Support various contracts, projects, and initiatives as business needs. evolve.
