      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator / Scheduler to join a busy reactive maintenance team in Manchester-  This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in reactive maintenance, scheduling, customer service, and coordinating engineers within a fast-paced environment.   The Role   You will be responsible for:    Scheduling reactive and planned maintenance works   Handling inbound customer queries and emergency callouts   Liaising with engineers and clients   Updating job systems and ensuring SLAs are met   Managing diaries, emails, and administrative tasks   Delivering excellent customer service at all times    We Are Looking For Someone With:     Previous experience in reactive maintenance or facilities scheduling   Strong organisational and communication skills   Experience handling customer queries and coordinating workloads   Ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment   Good IT skills and confidence using scheduling systems    Package     Salary: -30,000 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)   Full-time permanent position   Supportive working environment    If you are interested please apply   By submitting your job application to Ionic...</description>
