Key Accountabilities Managing workflow and sequencing of property maintenance orders. Scheduling operative s diaries. Liaising with and managing sub-contractors. Ensuring that the client database is up-to-date with correct information Process documents ensuring all correspondence is dealt with accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner Ability to work dynamically in a fast-paced environment Assist colleagues and management with additional tasks as and when required Knowledge and Experience Experience working within a customer helpdesk environment would be an advantage Previous experience in a scheduling role.
