Scheduler

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established property maintenance company. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Booking Agent / Scheduler to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in scheduling, bookings or coordinating field-based engineers who is highly organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

• Schedule and allocate jobs to trade operatives across the region.
• Coordinate engineer diaries to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within required timescales.
• Liaise with engineers, customers and internal teams to arrange appointments.
• Manage changes to schedules and respond to any issues or delays.
• Keep job and appointment information accurate and up to date.
• Provide a high standard of customer service throughout the booking process.
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Salary & Benefits

• -25,000 - -35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Permanent, full-time position.
• Initial training and induction based at the Macclesfield office.
• Hybrid working available following successful completion of training, with the option to work fully from home.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in scheduling, booking, planning or coordinating field-based staff.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Confident communicating with customers and trade operatives.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and good IT skills.
• Experience within property maintenance, housing, repairs or a similar environment would be advantageous.
