Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time working hours
Contract: please note, this is a 12-week temporary contract, with potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
As a Scheduler, your responsibilities will be:
• Managing multiple diaries at a time.
• Liaising with internal and external contacts, to coordinate and carry out work orders.
• Prioritise work orders, accordingly, ensuring overdue or un-actioned tasks are seen to efficiently.
• Contact customers to schedule appointments, following up and updating them throughout the process.
• Provide administrative support where necessary.
• Updating data on the internal system.
• Chasing outstanding purchase orders.
Ideally, you will be/have:
• Good knowledge with Microsoft Office packages.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Confident when handling a heavy workload.
• Able to work towards KPIs.
• Knowledge with handling compliance.
• Able to closely follow processes and procedures.
