For the successful Scheduler our client is offering:

• £28,886 per annum

• Permanent position

• Hybrid role in Manchester

The Role: Scheduler

• Schedule and optimise daily repairs & maintenance jobs

• Manage technician diaries, emergency repairs, and subcontractor use

• Monitor job progress, allocate resources, and ensure smooth operations

• Communicate with technicians and customers to keep everyone updated

• Use bespoke IT systems and produce reports/forecasts

What our client is looking for in a Scheduler

• Strong planning and admin skills

• Experience in scheduling or maintenance environments

• Excellent communication and IT skills (Excel, scheduling systems)

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
