Schedulers / Repairs Planners - RedditchLocation: RedditchPay Rate: Competitive (DOE)Contract: Initial 4-Week Temporary Contract with Potential for Permanent EmploymentHours: 40 Hours Per WeekWe are currently recruiting for experienced Schedulers / Repairs Planners to join a leading maintenance contractor delivering repairs and maintenance services on behalf of a local authority.This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced team, initially on a 4-week temporary contract, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidates.Key Responsibilities:Scheduling and coordinating repair and maintenance appointments.Allocating work to operatives and subcontractors efficiently.Managing diaries to maximise productivity and service delivery.Liaising with tenants, clients, operatives, and management teams.Handling inbound and outbound calls regarding repair appointments.Updating internal systems accurately and maintaining records.Monitoring work progress and rescheduling appointments where required.Requirements:Previous experience in a scheduling, planning, or repairs administration role.Experience within social housing, property maintenance, facilities management, or a similar environment is desirable.Strong organisational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Good IT skills and experience using scheduling systems.Customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.What''s on Offer:Immediate start ..... full job details .....
