• Manage and support the organisation''s core technology infrastructure, including servers and networks.
• Monitor system performance to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in the implementation of upgrades and new technologies.
• Ensure robust data backup and recovery procedures are in place.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technology needs.

Profile

A successful Infrastructure Engineer should have:

• Strong technical knowledge including SCCM
• Hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure within the professional services industry.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving IT-related issues.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
