Gap Personnel is working with our client in Wymondham, a leading company in their field are recruiting for Scanning Clerks on a Full Time, temporary to permanent basis.This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment, utilising your organizational and data entry skills. If you are detail-oriented, have strong computer skills, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.Shift : Monday to Friday: 07:00AM - 15:30PM (37.5hours a week).Pay : £12.71 Per hour.Job Role responsibility : Prepare physical documentation for scanning by removing staples etc.Quality check completed scanned document and save document to fileAccurately file name and index scanned documents.Index and catalogue documents according to established procedures.Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.Adhere to all defined standards and processes.
