Scala Developer £400 per day Inside IR35 | BPSS Required | Hybrid (Leeds) | Initial 3-Month Contract A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Scala Developer to join a major public sector digital transformation programme. Working within a collaborative Agile environment, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of scalable applications supporting high-profile government services. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Front End and Back End applications using Scala. Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders to design and deliver effective technical solutions. Participate in the full software development life cycle, from design through to deployment. Follow software engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and continuous integration. Contribute to technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
