Are you a Scaffolding Supervisor with SSTS or SMSTS, CISRS advanced, or looking for long-term work on a busy new build development Do you have hands-on scaffolding experience and enjoy leading from the front while remaining on the tools Must live in travel distance of Fordingbridge.Workshop Recruitment are supporting a well-established scaffolding contractor with the recruitment of an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor for a large residential development in Fordingbridge. This Scaffolding Supervisor role offers the opportunity for up to 6 12 months work for the right person, working across a fast-paced new build site.The successful Scaffolding Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure health and safety standards are maintained, and support the team on the tools when required.ResponsibilitiesSupervise scaffold teams on a busy new build developmentWork on the tools carrying out scaffolding duties when requiredEnsure all work is completed safely and efficientlyCarry out scaffold inspections and monitor site standardsCoordinate daily site activities and workforce allocationLiaise with site management and contractorsMaintain compliance with health and safety regulationsSupport scaffold erection, adaptations, and dismantlingSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience as a Scaffolding SupervisorValid CISRS Scaffolding CardSSTS or SMSTS certification essentialStrong background in residential new build projectsAbility to lead teams and remain hands-onReliable, ..... full job details .....
