This is initially a temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right person. The role will involve managing work orders from receipt through to completion, ensuring jobs are planned efficiently, allocated correctly, completed safely, and remain commercially profitable. Key responsibilities include: Receiving and reviewing incoming work orders. Planning and scheduling erection and dismantling works efficiently. Coordinating labour, vehicles, equipment and travel to maximise daily productivity and profit. Allocating suitable timescales and labour levels to each job. Tracking outstanding dismantles and ensuring these are completed within agreed timescales. Monitoring vehicle weights, HGV logistics, driver hours and O Licence compliance requirements. Ensuring teams operate in line with relevant scaffolding, transport and health-and-safety legislation. Liaising with site teams and clients to keep works on programme.
