Denholm Industrial Services are currently recruiting for a Scaffolding Labourer / Driver to join our growing team on ongoing industrial projects in Birmingham. This is a full-time opportunity offering long-term work, competitive rates of pay, and the chance to build a career within the scaffolding industry while working on a variety of industrial projects.

Key role and responsibilities for Scaffolding Labourer / Driver

• Assist scaffolders with the erection, alteration and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
• Safely load, unload and transport scaffolding materials, equipment and tools between depots and project sites.
• Carry out vehicle checks and ensure company vehicles are maintained in a clean and roadworthy condition.
• Support the safe movement and storage of scaffolding materials on site.
• Maintain a tidy, organised and safe working environment.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures, RAMS and permit-to-work systems.
• Assist with general labouring duties as required across industrial projects.
• Work safely at height when required and under the direction of qualified scaffolders.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, site management and other trades.
• Represent Denholm Industrial Services professionally on client sites at all times.

Minimum requirements for Scaffolding Labourer / Driver

• Valid CISRS Scaffolding Labourer (COTS) Card.
• Previous experience working on industrial or commercial construction sites is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and at height when required.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
