Key DutiesErect, alter and dismantle tube and fitting scaffolding to TG20 / SG4 complianceStructures required: Independent tied, birdcage, cantilever, hanging, gantry, tower, loading bay, access towers, temporary roofs, pipe rack access, boiler / vessel scaffoldingWorking to scaffold design drawings and engineer instructions - complex design scaffolds on carbon capture columnsErecting scaffolding around large bore ductwork, absorber vessels, heat exchangers and process equipmentWorking alongside riggers, pipefitters, welders, insulation teams to provide safe accessTG20 compliant sheeting / debris netting where requiredFull compliance with NASC guidelines, CDM and site permit to workEssential Requirements - Level 2CISRS Part 2 Scaffolder Card - NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Accessing Operations and Rigging - ScaffoldingValid CISRS card in date - must have Scaffolding Level 2 on rearMinimum 3 years Part 2 experience on heavy industrial / power station / petrochem / process plantsExperience on new build CCS, CCGT, EfW, Power Station, Refinery, Chemical Plant essential - this is not suitable for housing / street scaffsExperience with system scaffolding - HAKI / Layher / Cuplock advantageous for CCS pipe racksAbility to read and interpret scaffold drawings and design calculationsProven experience erecting to TG20:13 and ..... full job details .....
