Job description:

2 x Scaffolders required for a for a highly regarded regional subcontractor that specialises in residential projects. ITS Building people are looking for an experienced and hardworking Scaffolders to assist our client with a project based in Horsham, West Sussex. Own transport is preferred.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Erect and dismantle temporary metal scaffolding on structures and building sites
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with regulations
• Reading and working from scaffolding drawings and plans
• Inspecting completed work for safety & compliance
• Working efficiently as part of a site team
• Unloading scaffolding equipment on-site
• Laying planks for workers
• Fixing guard rails and safety netting

Requirements for the role:

• Must have Part 1 or 2 Scaffolders CISRS card
• Own Tools
• Ability to work at height
• The ability to perform physical manual labour
• You should have your own high vis jacket or vest, gloves and hard hat. These can be provided by ITS Building People for a small fee.
• Own tools not required

Training/Progression opportunities:

• There may be opportunities to acquire additional qualifications with this role on Health and Safety, machinery and traffic management

*Rates of Pay:

• Where a range of rate of pay is quoted the level of experience, qualifications & related training required is the minimum required in order to qualify for the lowest rate of pay quoted.
