We are recruiting for onsite Scaffolder jobs on a full-time basis, offering clear expectations, consistent hours, and a structured work environment. This role requires security clearance.

As a Scaffolder, you will work on active construction sites, reporting directly to the Site Supervisor and supporting the site team with safe and high-quality scaffolding operations.

• Erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffold structures safely

• Assist with materials handling, site setup, and general site duties

• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with health and safety regulations

• Work closely with site supervisors and other trades to meet project deadlines

• Maintain accurate scaffold inspection records and site documentation

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Scaffolder on construction or maintenance sites

• Relevant scaffold qualifications (CSCS card or equivalent)

• Strong understanding of safe working at height practices and regulations

• Physically fit, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to site safety

Candidates must be eligible for security clearance to work on restricted sites.
