Job Title: SC Cleared Systems Architect (Military Messaging Solution) Location: Corsham Duration: 12 months Rate: Up to 500 per day via an approved umbrella company Must be willing and eligible to go through the SC clearance processOur Client is hiring for a reputed client to support the UK Strategic Command with expert system architecture, technical assurance, and migration design services for a secure multi-domain Military Messaging Solution (MMS). If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges while keeping governance and security front and centre, this is a role where your architecture decisions genuinely matter. What you''ll be doing:Own technical design accountability for the MMS target architecture and ensure strong architectural governanceDevelop and assure high-level and low-level designs for secure, multi-domain message routing across distinct security domainsVerify system topologies align with standard protocols such as STANAG 4406, STANAG 5066, ACP127, and DOI 103(s)Support information assurance mapping, including security boundaries, cross-domain solutions, guard gateways and PKI token structures to meet defence accreditation needsLead legacy modernisation and IP migration from synchronous serial infrastructure to IP-routed network environmentsCreate obsolescence roadmaps for legacy cryptographic devices and message switches, including bridging architectures to maintain live service continuityProduce reference architectures for integration with CCEB (5-Eyes) ..... full job details .....
