SC Technical Support Engineer (Apple/Android/Intune) Contract - Near to ChippenhamI am currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work in contract with a major client near to Chippenham* Duration: Initially running until 20/03/2026 (extensions possible)* IR35: Inside* Rate: £25.15/hour* Skills/Experience: - Previous experience of supporting Apple and Android Phones (across multiple Hardware configs) within a corporate environment required * Responsibilities: - To respond to service tickets in your regional queue and/or as requested by your TL updating ticket progress after each visit. - Contact users to understand issues, diagnose, and resolve faults with the phones. Typically, this would be enrol/de-enrolling devices in Intune, new setup, password support and assistance with application issues. - To ensure all tickets are managed and updated appropriately. - To build a good and professional relationship with customer and 3rd party contacts - To follow all departmental procedures as specified by the Team Leader - Regularly attend daily calls/team meetings, flagging issues and identifying areas and processes for improvement.APPLY NOW to avoid disappointmentDue to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
