Our Client is hiring for a reputed client and needs an SC cleared ServiceNow Test Manager to help drive testing readiness, governance, and operational transition activities in a cross-functional environment.What you''ll be doing:. Support ServiceNow ITSM processes across key service areas, including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB management. Lead and contribute to Service Transition activities, including Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR), readiness assessments, and Early Life Support (ELS) support. Develop and govern test strategies and test plans, supporting Verification andamp; Validation (Vandamp;V) activity across multiple teams. Facilitate workshops and lead Test Readiness Reviews (TRR). Manage stakeholders and support governance forums and boards to ensure readiness and delivery outcomes are achieved. Coordinate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams to maintain momentum across workstreamsWhat you''ll bring:.
