SC Cleared UX Designer (GDS)£450 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella) | 6 Month Contract | Mainly RemoteWe''re looking for an experienced SC Cleared UX Designer to join a high-profile government digital transformation programme. Working within a multidisciplinary Agile team, you''ll help design and deliver user-centred digital services that meet GDS standards and provide excellent user experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead UX design activities across complex digital services and products.Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interaction designs.Conduct and interpret user research to inform design decisions.Collaborate with User Researchers, Service Designers, Product Managers, Developers and Content Designers.Ensure services meet GDS standards, accessibility requirements and user needs.Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.Support iterative design through testing, feedback and continuous improvement.Essential Skills andamp; ExperienceProven experience as a UX Designer on GDS/public sector digital programmes.Strong understanding of the GDS Service Manual and service assessments.Expertise in user-centred design methodologies.Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma.Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working within Agile multidisciplinary teams.Mandatory RequirementsActive SC Clearance is essential.Minimum 5 years'' continuous UK ..... full job details .....
