SC Cleared Support Analyst

My client are an IT consultancy specialising in all things IT support, they are currently working with a government body, looking for an SC cleared analyst. 1 year contract Pay - £25.15 (inside/umbrella) Full time on site in Bristol This role requires SC clearance please do not apply if you do not hold active SC. We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tech 3 Engineer to join our team at the Rolls-Royce site in Bristol. This is a full-time, onsite position working within a small, collaborative team to provide day-to-day (BAU) support for incidents and service requests. Key Responsibilities: Provide remote support for end-user incidents and service requests. Perform remote software installations and troubleshooting. Participate in an onsite at RR Filton walk-up Tech Bar support service three days per week, assisting Rolls-Royce users with technical issues in person. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of technical problems. Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions. ..... full job details .....
