SC Cleared Site Manager

Are you an experienced SC Cleared Site Manager looking for your next contract? We''re recruiting for an SC Cleared Site Manager to join a leading Facilities Management contractor on a project in East Kilbride. This is an excellent opportunity offering £350 per shift, a 4-day working week paid as 5, and an immediate start.

The Role
 
As the Site Manager, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Supervise contractors and coordinate site activities.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and site procedures.
• Monitor project progress and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
• Act as the main point of contact for site teams and project stakeholders.

About You
 
To be successful as the Site Manager, you''ll have:

• Current SC (Security Check) or CTC security clearance (essential).
• SMSTS certification.
• First Aid qualification.
• CSCS Gold Card.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction, fit-out or Facilities Management.
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
