As the ServiceNow CMDB andamp; Configuration Manager you will take ownership of the operational management and ongoing improvement of a large-scale CMDB. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Management processes. Ensure CI correctness, completeness and data quality. Monitor and improve Discovery data quality. Manage new and updated Service Mappings. Work with CI/Data Owners to resolve data quality issues. Produce CMDB reporting and management information. Participate in the CMDB Working Group and ServiceNow Centre of Excellence. Help transition the current CMDB recovery activity into an effective BAU operating model. Drive continuous improvement across CMDB governance and data quality. Essential Skills andamp; Experience Strong ServiceNow CMDB experience in a BAU/operational environment.
