Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB in a BAU environment.Ensure CI accuracy and data quality.Maintain new and updated service mappings.Monitor and improve Discovery data quality.Support the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE).Participate in the CMDB working group.Drive outcomes with CI Data Owners.Produce CMDB reporting and governance metrics. Requirements:Proven experience administering ServiceNow CMDB.Strong understanding of Configuration Management and CMDB best practices.Experience with CI data quality, Service Mapping and Discovery.Ability to engage with stakeholders and drive data governance.Active SC Clearance is essential, candidates without this will not be considered.
