We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared

Senior Infrastructure Analyst

to join a large-scale Windows 11 and Microsoft Surface Pro refresh programme. The role will involve supporting the hardware and software refresh of approx. 5,000 devices at a secure site.Key Responsibilities

Deliver onsite Windows 11 upgrades, rebuilds, and device replacements.

Configure MS Surface Pro devices, including BIOS settings and system health checks.

Perform application installs, AD group assignments, and system clean-up.

Troubleshoot device and application issues, ensuring smooth deployment.

Update user records, inventories, and provide customer-facing support.

Essential Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 (including OneDrive, system logs, updates).

Experience with MS Surface Pro or similar hardware.

Active Directory (adding objects/groups).

SCCM task sequence building and device administration.

Troubleshooting skills across devices, peripherals, and applications.

ServiceNow experience desirable.

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
