The position will ensure the platform continues to meet changing operational and business requirements.Key responsibilitiesConfigure and maintain Maximo v9 modules in line with business requirementsSupport day-to-day application operations within a BAU support environmentManage incidents, service requests and problem tickets against agreed SLAsTranslate business requirements into effective functional configurationsConfigure workflows, automation scripts, domains, escalations and user interface componentsComplete impact assessments for changes and system enhancementsSupport releases, patches and upgrades, including testing and validationWork collaboratively with technical teams, developers and third-party suppliersMaintain configuration records, system documentation and support proceduresProvide user guidance, support and knowledge transferWhat you''ll need to succeedProven ..... full job details .....
