Project Manager (SC Cleared)Location: Livingston, Scotland Duration: ASAP to December 2026Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance RequiredOverviewWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on SC Cleared Project Manager to join a busy delivery function on an immediate basis through to year-end. This role has been created due to increased delivery demand and capacity constraints across a broad portfolio of IT projects.The successful candidate will be a delivery-focused Project Manager with a strong bias towards execution, accountability and outcomes. This is not a Programme Manager role. We require someone who can quickly integrate into the team, take ownership of projects, remove blockers and drive delivery with minimal oversight.Key Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of multiple IT projects from initiation through to delivery.Drive project progress and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.Manage project plans, schedules, dependencies and resources.Lead RAID management activities, ensuring risks and issues are actively mitigated and resolved.Produce and maintain project reporting, governance packs and status updates.Facilitate stakeholder communication across technical and business teams.Escalate and drive decision-making where required to prevent delivery delays.Coordinate internal and third-party suppliers to ensure successful outcomes.Maintain strong delivery momentum across a high-volume project portfolio.Ensure project objectives, timelines and business benefits ..... full job details .....
