Working within an Agile environment, you will collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, architects, developers and testing teams to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and translated into effective Pega solutions.Your new roleAs a Pega Business Architect, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, documenting requirements and helping shape the design of Pega applications. You will act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and are delivered successfully throughout the project lifecycle.Key responsibilitiesLead requirements gathering and analysis workshops with business and technical stakeholders.Understand business processes, pain points and target outcomes.Analyse and document current-state and future-state business processes.Translate business requirements into Pega case types, stages, workflows, personas and business rules.Define user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritisation.Work closely with Pega ..... full job details .....
