SC Cleared Linux Engineer - London 3 days and 2 days remote - Contract - Inside IR35 TrinIT Talent are looking for an experienced Linux Infrastructure Engineer to join our client on an initial 6-month contract. This role is based in London 3 days a week and 2 days remote and falls Inside scope of IR35. Daily rate is £400 a day. Job Description:- Working as part of the infrastructure team, you will support the delivery, administration and continuous improvement of enterprise Linux platforms. The role combines BAU support with project-based work, including platform upgrades, automation and infrastructure optimisation. Key Skills:- MUST HAVE VALID AND ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE THAT WILL BE TRANSFERRED Strong experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 7-10). Experience performing RHEL upgrades (LEAPP desirable). Scripting experience (Bash, Python or similar) for automation. VMware virtualisation experience. Administration of Red Hat Satellite. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience working within an ITIL environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Desirable: JBoss, Puppet, Linux clustering, Kerberos/AD integration, Cisco UCS and Disaster Recovery.
