IT Specialist6 MonthsLondon BasedInside IR35£650-£675 per dayActive SC Clearance RequiredChange-IT are looking for an IT Specialist (IT Support/EUC) to join a large Central Government organisation based in London. This role is for 6 months initially, with possibility of extension. This role is INSIDE IR35, paying between £650-£675 per day dependant on experience.Experience Required:Deep knowledge of macOS (both the GUI and the command line).Experience of manually configuring macOS, including its native security features, to implement a defined set of security lockdowns such as NCSC''s Device security guidance - macOS or the CIS Hardening guidelines.Experience of setting up and using the Jamf suite (Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf ZTNA and Jamf Connect) to manage a fleet of MacBooks. To include using Jamf for:Mobile Device Management (MDM)Patch managementEndpoint detection and response (EDR)Secure Access Service Edge (SASE)Experience of using Jamf Pro with a Terraform provider and a CI/CD pipeline to provision MacBooks from IaC, including writing scripts to support this.Experience of providing IT support to end-users of MacBooks.Be able to produce high-quality technical documentation.It would be advantageous if you have:Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.Knowledge of Zscaler ITA and ZPA.If your profile matches up to the above, follow the steps to apply and one of our screening team will be in touch. ..... full job details .....
