SC Cleared IT Engineer - Bristol - £19.33 per hour Umbrella

We are currently recruiting for an SC Cleared IT Engineer to join a leading IT service provider based in Bristol Role Overview You will provide deskside support for incidents and service requests, working within a Wintel environment. The role includes hands-on support for HP laptops and desktops, including break-fix hardware troubleshooting, as well as supporting a wide range of end-user technologies. Key Responsibilities Provide deskside support for incidents and service requests Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (HP laptops and desktops) Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite Assist users with Skype and mobile technologies (Apple andamp; Android) Build, configure, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops Ensure all tickets are updated and resolved within agreed SLAs Support and guide team members as a Lead Engineer Work closely with remote Team Leaders and wider support teams Follow and improve existing processes and procedures Contribute to knowledge base documentation and continuous improvement initiatives Key Skills andamp; Experience Proven experience in incident and request management Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users Ability to work independently and proactively, using initiative where required Experience supporting mobile technologies (Apple andamp; Android) ..... full job details .....
