      <description>Location: Barrow-in-furness | Salary: 500.00-500.00 Daily | Type: Contract | You must:  Have an active MOD SC (Security Check) clearance. Be a sole UK national (British citizenship only).  No dual nationality.   Have used your SC clearance within the last 12 months.  An SC that has been dormant too long may not be transferable.   Have at least 3 months remaining before the clearance expires. Be willing to work 100% onsite in Barrow-in-Furness. Be paid through an umbrella company (PAYE).  No Ltd company/outside IR35 arrangement.   Have strong experience with SQL and Solaris.  The role Database Administrator (DBA) Location:  Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria Full-time onsite  Contract:  Initial 3 months Possible extension  Technical skills they''re looking for Ideally experience with:  Oracle Microsoft SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL Solaris (important) SQL (important)  Experience with older/Legacy versions is considered a bonus because defence environments often run older systems. Nice-to-haves  Oracle certification Microsoft certification Experience on secure/government/defence systems Ability to travel within the UK</description>
