SC Cleared Content Designer (Contract)Rate: £350-£380 per day IR35 Status: Outside IR35 Contract Length: Initial 6-month contract Location: Hybrid/Primarily Remote Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance requiredThe OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced SC Cleared Content Designer to join a major public sector digital transformation programme delivering user-centred, accessible services.Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will lead content design activities across complex digital services, ensuring content is clear, accessible and aligned with user needs. You will collaborate closely with designers, researchers, business analysts and stakeholders to create high-quality service content that meets Government standards and best practice.This role is ideal for a contractor with strong GDS experience who enjoys working on complex services with real-world impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver user-centred content across digital services and journeysCreate effective service content, transactional content and microcopyApply GDS content standards, patterns and best practicesEnsure content meets accessibility and inclusive design requirementsUse user research insights and evidence to inform content decisionsWork closely with User Researchers, Service Designers, Interaction Designers and Business AnalystsFacilitate discussions and confidently present content recommendations to stakeholdersContribute to continuous improvement of content and service ..... full job details .....
