Breadth of experience working within a commercial setting in government or the public sector or significant experience working in a regulated environment. Including knowledge and experience of Procurement vehicles/frameworks/contracting routes and Public Sector contract structures. Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to advise and guide stakeholders and build relationships with customers and suppliers.
