(SC cleared) Commercial Lead - inside IR35

Daily rate: up to £650 p/d inside IR35 Duration: 3 months with possible extension *Must have current SC Clearance* Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience Ability to evaluate and present complex contractual issues resulting in sound recommendations to senior managers for solutions. Breadth of experience working within a commercial setting in government or the public sector or significant experience working in a regulated environment. Including knowledge and experience of Procurement vehicles/frameworks/contracting routes and Public Sector contract structures. Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to advise and guide stakeholders and build relationships with customers and suppliers. Understanding of commercial, contract and supplier relationship management techniques and demonstrable experience of applying them in practice. The ability to lead by example, communicating in a truthful, straightforward manner with integrity, impartiality and promoting a working environment that supports the Civil Service values and code. Ability to draft complex change and legal documentation within an ICT/software environment. Minimum of CIPS level 4, ideally MCIPS. Civil service expert contract management accreditation is desirable. Experience of contract exit and TUPE is desirable. PRINCE 2 or equivalent is desirable.
