The role will work alongside HR, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to support organisation design, workforce transition and consultation activities required to implement the future operating model. This is a delivery-focused role, providing practical support across role design, workforce planning, job evaluation and grading, consultation preparation, stakeholder engagement, implementation planning and governance.
