SC Cleared Business Analyst London Hybrid Inside IR35 - £450-£500 p/dMy client seeks to recruit a seasoned Business Analyst with experience of PPM who can strategically transform the way projects, programmes and portfolios within a Change and Planning directorate to include a CSuite audience.Objective: To deliver a solution with systems and processes that deliver the right level of visibility and control across the portfolio for all levels of the organisation.Enabling my client to proactively manage and inform data-driven decision making on the portfolio - through better quality, timely, accurate and consistent information. The work will focuss on equipping teams with the right tools for effective delivery, enhancing reporting capability and strengthening governance standards. You will be able to demonstrate: An experienced business focussed Business Analyst to support the discovery and analysis phase of the Portfolio Insights Programme which has been establishedThe role will involve completing a thorough analysis of the current state to define a future state operating modelThe successful candidate must be able to translate business needs into clear, evidence-based recommendations to inform solution definition and decision makingEssential SkillsStrong business analysis experience including business process analysis, requirements definition and business readiness.Excellent stakeholder engagementDesirable Skills: Experience supporting the implementation of PPM solutionsStrong ..... full job details .....
