SC Cleared 3rd Line Citrix SME

We are currently looking for an experienced Third Line Citrix SME to join a specialist support team working within a secure UK environment. This is a hands-on, technical role for an experienced Citrix professional who enjoys complex troubleshooting, taking ownership of technical issues and delivering robust solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Provide expert third-line support for complex Citrix-related incidents and problems. Act as a technical point of escalation for Citrix infrastructure issues. Support and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud and NetScaler ADC. Lead complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem resolution. Manage and optimise Citrix policies, profiles and the end-user experience. Support patching, upgrades, migrations and ongoing improvements. Work closely with engineering and architecture teams on Citrix infrastructure initiatives. Support proactive defect management and technical assurance activities. Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders while maintaining a strong customer service focus. Essential Skills andamp; Experience Proven experience in a Third Line/Senior Citrix Support role. Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops. Experience supporting Citrix Cloud. Strong knowledge of NetScaler ADC. Experience with Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM).
