Working closely with executive stakeholders, programme leadership and business change teams, you will drive the design and implementation of sustainable business improvements that support strategic objectives and operational effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Business Design function across a major transformation programme.Develop and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) aligned to strategic business goals.Define future-state organisational structures, governance frameworks and ways of working.Drive organisational design, workforce transformation and business readiness activities.Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and embed business change initiatives.Ensure business design outputs support successful change adoption and benefits realisation.Provide leadership, direction and ..... full job details .....
