The Brand Manager will work on offering dedicated support to top-tier brands to grow with Amazon by identifying and improving key customer inputs for growth, such as content, marketing, and stock availability. Additionally, the Brand Manager will help brands leverage Amazon’s tools and programs to improve their business inputs.We are seeking creative, goal-oriented, and highly entrepreneurial individuals to join our fast-paced team.About the Role:

As a Brand Manager, you will focus on delivering five core focus areas for the brand: Selection, demand generation, catalogue quality, business advice, and availability.The ideal candidate should have experience in building brand relationships, understanding product cycle planning, and online selling. They should be flexible, results-oriented, self-starting, and possess strong analytical skills. A proven track record in ownership, driving results, and quick implementation in a fast environment is essential. The candidate must be entrepreneurial, confident in making independent, data-driven decisions, and capable of planning and forecasting to drive online business growth. Effective communication skills are necessary to work with Amazon’s partners, vendors, and internal teams.Responsibilities:

Building selection: Identify gaps and track offline catalogues to ensure relevant products are listed on Amazon.Demand generation: Collaborate with the category management team to create marketing calendars aligned with vendor objectives.Business advice: Support brand participation in Amazon programs.Availability: Ensure continuous product availability.Catalogue quality: Ensure accurate and compelling product images and descriptions on Amazon detail pages.Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with Excel.5+ years in retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiation and results delivery experience.Bachelor''s degree or 3+ years of professional or military experience.Experience with financial analysis and PandL ownership.Preferred Qualifications:
