Checks to cut plan, and any additional drawings to agree with advised sizes on sale order before cutting. Cuts and verifies parts are within customer required tolerances, using tape, micrometer, and caliper instruments. Program saw for cutting operation. Checks to first off cut piece, and random checks during the sale order, Belfast specific 100 %-dimension checks on all parts for C/29 (Bombardier) Marks each part with hard stamp, grain flow, USD, lot number Label each part with any required SP requirements. Performs daily maintenance checks to metal saw. Weighs all cut pieces and rems. Ensure all cut material is on a fit for purpose pallet or skids for safe packaging.
