Key Responsibilities Operate band saws and machinery within the saw area. Cut steel to works instructions and inspect components throughout the process. Manage and correctly identify stock and work in progress. Regularly check and inspect saws and report any issues. Help plan sawing priorities and maximise productivity. Work closely with other Saw Operatives, Forging and Heat Treatment teams. Collect and move materials between departments. Load and unload lorries. Operate cranes and forklifts where appropriately trained/licensed. Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working area. Support continuous improvement within the Die Plant.
