Our client is looking to recruit a saw operator for their manufacturing facility based in Loughborough, Leicestershire to join their manufacturing team. The Saw Operator Role; Cut acrylic and wood to required length to meet customer specifications Check profile cut length on first cut and periodically check after that to ensure accuracy Ensure workflow efficiency Efficiently remove obvious scrap before sending to the assembly stations Supply QC with samples Ensure samples and trials are marked, cut and put in the correct area Remove scrap materials Maintain a good standard of house keeping Ensure all operations carried out meet health and safety standards. The Saw Operator Candidate; Previous experience in a similar role within Point of Sale, Sheet Metal, Signage or Graphics Competency in operating a saw Ability to understand and interpret drawings / job cards Able to function in a small team working to time sensitive client requirements Adhering to all health and safety The Saw Operator Benefits; Weekly pay Company workwear Free car ..... full job details .....
