Reporting to the Head of Savings, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Customer Services Team to ensure that customers receive a seamless and compliant service. You will have a positive approach to change, be a strong and dynamic team leader and be committed to excellent customer service. Duties of the Team Leader: Lead and motivate a team of 5 while managing operational tasks, optimising resource and workforce planning, delegating effectively, and ensuring capacity aligns with business demands. Working with the Customer Services Quality Assurance Champion to deliver training based on feedback from quality assurance checking. Ensuring any immediate complaints are handled effectively. The successful individual will possess: Previous experience in a customer facing, team management / leadership role within a Bank or Building Society or in the wider financial services sector. Strong direct customer services background. Proven team leader experience (including work allocation and people and performance management, including the appraisal process).
