Aspire People is recruiting for an experienced HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to join the Year 6 team at a vibrant primary school in Hall Green. This role offers a unique opportunity to support SATs intervention and assist with general classroom cover.Key Responsibilities: Deliver targeted SATs intervention support for Year 6 students, ensuring they are well-prepared for their upcoming assessments Assist with the planning, delivery, and evaluation of intervention sessions tailored to individual needs Provide general classroom cover when needed, supporting teachers across a variety of subjects Adapt learning materials and activities to meet the diverse needs of students Foster a positive and motivating learning environment for students to thrive Work closely with teaching staff to track progress and implement strategies for improvementKey Requirements: Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar role, ideally within Key Stage 2 Experience in SATs intervention and exam preparation is highly desirable Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both students and staff A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to work well within a team Enhanced DBS check (can be arranged if needed)What Aspire People Offer: Ongoing professional development and support A friendly and welcoming school environment ..... full job details .....
