The bank has a long-standing reputation for responsible banking and is continuing to invest heavily in technology, regulatory transformation, and data modernisation initiatives.Job Responsibilities/Objectives 1.Own end-to-end technical design across SAS Enterprise Guide (EG), SAS DI, Base SAS, and SAS Viya environments 2.Define and implement SAS development standards, optimisation approaches, and reusable frameworks 3.Translate Basel III/Basel 3.1 business requirements into functional and technical SAS solutions 4.Design and deliver SAS solutions supporting RWA, EAD, capital calculations, and regulatory reportingRequired Skills/Experience 1.Strong hands-on experience with SAS technologies including SAS EG, SAS DI, Base SAS, and SAS Viya 2.Proven delivery experience across Basel III/Basel 3.1 regulatory programmes 3.Strong understanding of banking risk, capital, and regulatory reporting processes 4.Experience producing technical design documentation and leading SAS delivery teamsDesirable Skills/Experience 1.Experience with SAS cloud migration or platform modernisation programmes 2.Exposure to multiple UK banking environments and regulatory frameworks 3.Knowledge of SDLC, release governance, and ..... full job details .....
