Understands the business processes of the functional area and participates in the configuration, implementation, maintenance and/or enhancement of SAP modules to align with business requirements - acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) Participates in problem identification and assists in developing solutions along with the technical team.Essential Job FunctionsGathers and analyses user business requirements and processes. Understands client requirements, needs and functionality of the Procurement / Warehouse Management (WM/eWM) modules. Defines and documents business requirements and validates solutions with the client with AS-IS and TO_BE process flows.Works with business users to configure / customise SAP to translate business requirements into functional design specifications.
